Developmental Spaces

Developmental Spaces are designed environments for sustained human development — cognitive, emotional, relational, contemplative, and practical.

Why it exists

Much of modern life is organized around making us employable or economically productive. Far less is supportive of growth or maturity.

A Developmental Space is designed for sustained human development — across mind, emotion, relationship, attention, and action.

These spaces bring different forms of development together in one place, over time, through practice, reflection, challenge, relationship, and community.

We're interested in what happens when human development is treated as something worth designing for.
